Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking a highly hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new nightlife venue. You will own strategy and execution, from campaigns and content to partnerships and activations.

You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, PR, Entertainment, and Commercial teams to build the venue’s identity, drive awareness, and acquire guests from pre-opening through launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns in a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's nightlife, entertainment, media, influencer, and lifestyle landscape.
• Experience with pre-opening and/or launching a new concept is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the venue’s marketing strategy in line with SHG’s objectives and brand standards.
• Build and strengthen the venue’s brand positioning through creative and commercially focused marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and control of spend.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, promotions, events, and activations.
• Lead pre-opening and launch marketing activities to build awareness and anticipation.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with brands, media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, PR, Entertainment, and other teams to support objectives.
• Monitor performance and campaigns to provide insights and recommendations.
