Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group seeks a highly commercial General Manager for premium nightlife or lifestyle dining venues. The role centers on pre-opening readiness, building operations from the ground up, and driving commercial performance across guest experience, entertainment and F&B.

You will lead a multicultural team, manage P&L, budgeting and forecast, and ensure successful launch readiness and ongoing profitability across international venues.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in premium nightlife or lifestyle dining environments.
• Strong pre-opening operational planning and team structure development.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in P&L, budgeting and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall venue operations and commercial performance across guest experience, service, entertainment and F&B.
• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Drive pre-opening readiness including recruitment, SOPs and launch preparations.
• Develop strategies to drive footfall, spend per guest and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Entertainment, Culinary, Beverage to deliver activations.
• Build and lead a multicultural, high-performing team and maintain VIP guest engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
