Job summary

Hilton Sharjah is seeking a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead overnight operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise night-time processes, manage the Night Audit, and ensure accuracy of revenue and reports while upholding brand standards.

Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and public holidays is essential, along with a strong commitment to hospitality, safety, and service excellence in a diverse hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Previous Night Manager or Duty Manager experience in an international hotel is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel night operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑department operations and make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of SOPs, guest service, health & safety, and security procedures.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Make night-time decisions and escalate issues to HOD/GM when needed.
• Monitor performance and maintain Hilton Brand Standards and targets.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, complaints, feedback, and requests.
• Review Night Audit process, daily revenue, cash handling, and reports for accuracy.
• Manage staffing and productivity, ensuring proper deployment per occupancy.
