Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead overnight hotel operations from the Manager on Duty role. You will ensure guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and adherence to brand standards throughout the night shift.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in hotel operations, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and solid knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division, and night operations. Flexibility for overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Make operational decisions and escalate matters to the appropriate HOD or General Manager when required.
• Monitor hotel performance and ensure Brand Standards and operational targets are met.
• Oversee guest satisfaction and service recovery, addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Review and control the Night Audit, daily revenue, cash handling, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor staffing and productivity, ensuring proper deployment according to occupancy.
• Conduct management inspections of the hotel to uphold cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Lead the response to emergencies and incidents with proper action and escalation.
• Ensure compliance with Brand Standards, SOPs, health and safety, security, and UAE requirements.
• Coach and support Team Members, providing feedback and recognition.
• Analyze operational challenges and share recommendations with management for follow-up.
• Ensure effective handover of matters to the morning management team.
