Job summary

Medtronic plc ищет старшего специалиста по продажам в области нейромодуляции и тазовой медицины в ОАЭ. Вы будете развивать ключевые аккаунты, взаимодействовать с врачами, больничными закупщиками и внутренними командами для достижения устойчивого роста и расширения доступа пациентов к терапиям.

Требуется опыт продаж в медтехнике и знание рынков ОАЭ; позиция предусматривает полевую работу на территории ОАЭ и регулярные командировки внутри страны.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в соответствующей области и опыт продаж в медтехнике на рынке ОАЭ
• Доказанный опыт достижения продаж и роста ключевых аккаунтов
• Опыт работы с закупками в госпитале и тендерами ОАЭ
• Опыт продаж технологий нейромодуляции, тазовой медицины или смежных направлений

Responsibilities

• Развивать продажи в пределах назначенного аккаунт- портфеля и территории.
• Разрабатывать планы для внедрения терапии, повышения доли рынка и использования продукта.
• Устанавливать прочные отношения с врачами и закупщиками госпиталей.
• Вести сделки от выявления до успешного закрытия.
• Проводить демонстрации продуктов, обучающие мероприятия и клиническую поддержку.
• Сотрудничать с кросс-функциональными командами для обеспечения высокого обслуживания клиентов.
• Оказывать клиническую и процедурную поддержку по мере необходимости

Work Arrangement: Field-based role

Travel: Regular travel within the UAE to support customers, clinical activities, and business growth.

As a Senior Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health Sales, you will lead the growth of strategic accounts by expanding therapy adoption, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable business results. Working closely with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams, you will drive commercial success while supporting greater patient access to Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health therapies.

• Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives across assigned accounts and territory
• Develop and execute account plans that increase therapy adoption, product utilization, and market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from identification and evaluation to negotiation and successful closure
• Lead customer engagements including product evaluations, demonstrations, educational activities, and clinical support initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure long-term business growth
• Provide clinical and procedural support when required

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 8+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales within the UAE
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, managing strategic accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth
• Experience working with major hospital accounts and healthcare stakeholders, with knowledge of UAE procurement and tender processes
• Experience in Neuromodulation, Pelvic Health, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Urology, or related therapy areas
• Experience selling procedure-based medical technologies, implantable devices, or capital equipment
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, sales forecasting tools, and pipeline management methodologies
