Job summary

Medtronic plc in Dubai seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding access to Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health therapies across the UAE.

You will work with healthcare professionals and internal teams to accelerate therapy adoption, manage a robust pipeline from initial engagement to commercial adoption, and deliver outstanding customer experience in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 4+ years in UAE healthcare sales or business development.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers and driving commercial growth.
• Knowledge of UAE hospital procurement and tender processes; valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand therapy adoption in UAE.
• Build and execute business development plans for new accounts and market penetration.
• Drive and manage a robust pipeline from initial engagement to first clinical use and ongoing adoption.
• Lead product demonstrations, physician education programs, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Provide clinical and procedural support to ensure positive customer experiences.
