Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Network Optimization for the EEMEA region, based in Dubai, to drive revenue assurance, yield optimization and governance across network-based distribution. You will deliver data-driven insights and financial discipline to improve monetization and performance.

Collaborating with Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Market Development and Customer Success, you will embed an insight-led approach to revenue performance and operational excellence across EEMEA Services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Commercial Strategy, Pricing or Revenue Operations in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate data into commercial strategies and executive insights.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Market Development and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue assurance and performance optimization across EEMEA Services.
• Support GTM governance, roadmap planning and ROI assessments for network initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready materials and dashboards to inform leadership on network performance.
