Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Network Engineer to deliver hands-on support, design and implement across networks, connectivity and telephony services.

You will own technical work through resolution, maintain secure services, and drive small to mid-size projects while contributing to larger programmes. Strong Fortinet or Palo Alto expertise with Cisco/wireless knowledge is required; Python/Ansible automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Fortinet or Palo Alto expertise and practical administration in the other.
• Experience with Cisco and wireless technologies is desirable.
• Automation using Python or Ansible; APIs and templates for repeatable checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and technical escalation across networks and telephony.
• Own BAU support and complex incidents across LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and UC.
• Design, implement site improvements including SD-WAN and multi-site connectivity.
• Manage small/medium projects: scope, milestones, risks, change requests; report to clients.
• Translate requirements into designs, BOMs, implementation plans and handovers.
• Maintain configuration standards, topologies, addressing, VLANs and runbooks.
