Job summary

GMG is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and optimise our enterprise network across Dubai. You will work on Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Aruba solutions, focus on SD‑WAN, security, routing, switching and performance, and mentor junior engineers.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud teams to deliver secure, scalable networks and automation solutions for multiple business units while driving reliability and resilience in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7-10 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Aruba networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Lead SD-WAN deployment and optimisation across locations.
• Maintain high availability and security of networks and VPNs.
• Develop automation for repetitive tasks using Ansible, Python and PowerShell.
• Create and maintain network documentation and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with security and cloud teams.
