Qualifications
- Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Neonatology or Pediatrics.
- American Board in Pediatrics with Neonatology fellowship/subspecialty training or equivalent.
- Western-qualified candidate with consultant-level experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment and management of newborns requiring specialized and intensive neonatal care.
- Manage premature and critically ill neonates.
- Coordinate care with obstetric, pediatric, surgical teams and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Provide antenatal and perinatal consultation for high-risk pregnancies.
- Participate in audits, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
