SearchPlus HR Consultancy on behalf of a Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE seeks an experienced Consultant Neonatologist to lead advanced neonatal and pediatric care. You will manage premature and critically ill newborns, collaborate with obstetric, pediatric surgical and nursing teams, and drive clinical excellence in the NICU.

The ideal candidate has a Western board in Pediatrics with Neonatal subspecialty training, substantial NICU leadership experience, and a commitment to patient

Qualifications

Medical degree with postgraduate Neonatology/Pediatrics qualification.
US/Western credential (American Board or equivalent) in Pediatrics with Neonatology subspecialty.
Experience as Consultant in a leading hospital or NICU.
Proven expertise in neonatal resuscitation and respiratory support.

Responsibilities

Assess and manage newborns requiring intensive neonatal care.
Care for premature and high-risk neonates in NICU.
Lead neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.
Collaborate with obstetric, pediatric surgery and nursing teams.
Participate in audits, teaching, and quality improvement.
