Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy invites applications from an experienced Consultant Neonatologist for a government healthcare facility in the UAE. You will oversee advanced neonatal and pediatric care, manage premature and critically ill newborns, and collaborate with obstetric, pediatric, surgical teams and other specialists.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient safety, and development of neonatal services within a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or equivalent in neonatology/pediatrics with fellowship training.
• Experience in high-acuity neonatal intensive care and resuscitation.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and management of ill neonates in NICU.
• Lead advanced neonatal care, including ventilation and respiratory support.
• Collaborate with obstetric, pediatric surgical teams and nurses.
• Participate in audits, teaching, and protocol development.
