Job summary

TalentSpoc in Dubai is seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. You will provide specialized neonatal care for newborns, including premature infants and those with complex conditions.

You will diagnose, manage, and coordinate NICU care, perform resuscitation when needed, and support families with treatment plans while upholding high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics, with Neonatology specialization or fellowship.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience preferred.
• Experience in NICU management, neonatal ventilation and resuscitation.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
• Diagnose and manage neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress, infections, and congenital disorders.
• Manage NICU patients and monitor their clinical progress.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilize newborns requiring emergency care.
• Coordinate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Counsel parents regarding newborn health, treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols.
• Support quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care.

• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilize newborns requiring emergency care

• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols
