Job summary

Talentspoc LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Neonatologist to lead newborn care in our tertiary NICU. You will provide specialized medical care for premature and critically ill infants, collaborate with obstetricians and pediatricians, and guide families through treatment plans and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold MBBS with a Pediatrics and Neonatology fellowship, 3+ years post-specialization, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support high-quality neonatal care and continuous

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate in Pediatrics with Neonatology fellowship.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience preferred.
• Experience in NICU management, neonatal ventilation, and newborn resuscitation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
• Diagnose and manage neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress, infections, and congenital disorders.
• Manage neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients and monitor their clinical progress.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilize newborns requiring emergency care.
• Coordinate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Counsel parents regarding newborn health, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols.
• Support quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care.
