Job summary

Mind Base Education in Dubai is seeking a Native-Level English Teacher to design and deliver engaging English lessons to students from diverse backgrounds. You will adapt lessons for one-to-one, small groups, classrooms, online, and corporate training sessions.

The role covers General, Spoken and Business English, pronunciation, and exam prep such as IELTS or PTE. You will assess learners, plan lessons, and provide feedback while leveraging digital tools for interactive delivery.

Qualifications

• Native or native-level English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field is preferred.
• CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or another recognized English teaching qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language.
• Experience teaching adult learners and culturally diverse groups.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and communication skills.
• Ability to teach across different English proficiency levels.
• Comfort with technology and online teaching platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

About the Role

We are looking for a Native-Level English Teacher who is passionate about helping learners become more confident and effective English communicators.
