Job summary

Mind Base Education seeks an enthusiastic ESL teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual needs, teaching reading, writing, speaking and listening.

On-site in JLT, Dubai, you will adapt plans based on student goals, provide timely feedback, track progress, and collaborate with the team to enhance curriculum while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Native or native-level English proficiency.
• Experience teaching ESL/EFL to diverse student ages and levels.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive and stimulating learning materials and activities.

• Track and report student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support students in building confidence and fluency in English.
• Encourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learning.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching.

Requirements

• Patient, approachable, and passionate about education

• Available to work on-site in JLT, Dubai
• Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
