Mindbase Education seeks a Native-Level English Teacher to deliver engaging English lessons to diverse learners in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will adapt sessions for individual goals across one-to-one, small-group, classrooms, online, and corporate settings.

The role requires handling General English, Spoken English, Business English, pronunciation, and exam prep; you will assess progress and provide constructive feedback while leveraging digital tools to enhance learning.

Qualifications

Native-level English proficiency with excellent spoken and written skills.
Bachelor's in English, Education, Linguistics or related field preferred.
CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English language lessons using a communicative, student-centered approach.
Teach General English, Spoken English, Business English, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Deliver IELTS, PTE or other exam preparation classes where qualified and required.
Conduct one-to-one and group classes at different CEFR levels.
Assess students' proficiency and identify learning needs and objectives.
Prepare structured lesson plans and select appropriate teaching materials.
Develop students' confidence in speaking for real-life and professional situations.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing and speaking.
