Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical/environmental/electrical/mechanical) or related field.
• 5–7 years in water treatment, with 2+ years in management.
• Desalination knowledge; nano filtration a plus.
• Proficiency with SCADA, PLCs, CMMS and automated controls.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations including nano filtration, pre/post-treatment, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor and optimize system performance for water quality and throughput.
• Develop and implement SOPs for plant processes.
• Supervise and mentor operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Schedule shifts and ensure 24/7 staffing and readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering for upgrades and repairs.
