Job summary

Madi International seeks an experienced Professional Educator/Nail Trainer to support our sales team and grow the professional salon business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role blends strong technical education skills with a sales mindset, working in the field to drive conversions, usage, and account growth for premium brands.

The ideal candidate will train salon teams, accompany sales reps on visits, and demonstrate products while aligning education to sales results.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker required with good professional English communication.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in professional beauty/salon industry.
• Experience with premium and high-end salons in the UAE preferred.
• Existing knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon markets is a strong advantage.
• Educator/Technical trainer or sales educator background preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Professional Educator/Nail Trainer to support our sales team and develop our professional salon business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical education skills with a sales mindset. The role is not limited to conducting training; the educator will actively work alongside the sales team in the market to support conversions, increase product usage, develop existing accounts, and open new opportunities, particularly within premium and high-end salons.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional product and technical training for salon owners, managers, hairstylists, therapists, and salon teams.
• Accompany Sales Representatives on field visits to provide technical and commercial support.
• Support the sales team in new account openings, brand conversions, demonstrations, and closing opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, premium salons, and influential industry professionals.
• Identify the client's technical needs and recommend the right products, services, protocols, and solutions.
• Conduct in-salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events, and product presentations.
• Follow up after training to ensure products are being used correctly and to help generate repeat orders and account growth.
• Support underperforming accounts by identifying gaps in product knowledge, service execution, or product penetration.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to increase the number of brands/categories used within existing accounts.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and brand objectives.
• Provide market feedback regarding competitors, trends, pricing, salon needs, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain training schedules, visit reports, account follow-ups, and education performance records.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Brand Management, and Education teams.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker is required, with good professional English communication skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the professional beauty/salon industry.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience dealing with premium and high-end salons in the UAE.
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market would be a strong advantage.
• Strong technical/product knowledge within professional beauty.
• Previous experience as an Educator, Technical Trainer, Sales Educator, Brand Educator, or similar position.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect education directly to sales results.
• Confident in demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and one-to-one coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting salons regularly.
• UAE driving license is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent premium international brands.
