Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to drive a North America-oriented demand engine across healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail/e-commerce. You will own end-to-end programs, collaborate with sales on named accounts, and run executive dinners, conferences, and roadshows to accelerate pipeline.

The role emphasizes an AI-first approach and requires strong budgeting, attribution, and cross-functional partnership across marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing with pipeline impact.
• Experience marketing into two+ enterprise verticals (healthcare, finance, telco, retail).
• Proven ability to influence enterprise buying committees and close revenue.
• Fluent in marketing attribution and pipeline modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable field programs to generate net new pipeline quarter over quarter.
• Lead North America field plan for two to three industries, including budgeting and attribution.
• Collaborate with enterprise AEs on named accounts and follow-up strategies.
• Design events and campaigns: dinners, conferences, roadshows, roundtables.
• Develop vertical narratives with Product Marketing for target buyers.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and report pipeline creation and cost per opportunity.
• Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data; advise on scaling or retiring.
