Richemont’s Graduate Trainee Program is a unique platform specially designed for bright, young and passionate fresh graduates who want to shape their career. The trainee will undergo a 24‑month structured learning program, consisting of two 12‑month rotations across various functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Retail, and others. These dynamic rotations offer unparalleled exposure to diverse business areas, allowing you to explore your interests and develop a broad skill set tailored to your growth.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Participate in a 24‑month program, including two 12‑month rotational assignments
