Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Marketing Graduate Trainee to join their dynamic marketing team in Dubai. This role will provide hands-on experience in the fragrance and makeup industry, working with iconic brands such as Burberry and Hugo Boss.

As part of a 12-month contract, you will assist in market research, campaign execution, and product launches while collaborating with experienced professionals. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with strong communication and creative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for the fragrance & makeup industry and a keen interest in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to gather data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support the launch of new products from concept development to post-launch analysis.
• Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

As a Marketing Graduate Trainee in our Prestige division, you’ll play an essential role within our dynamic marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in the fragrance and makeup industry. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. You will work with iconic brands such as Burberry, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, and Davidoff.

This is a 12-month contractual role.

Key Responsibilities

• Market research & visits: Conducting market research to gather data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Campaign planning and execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations and social media.
• Product Launches: Support the launch of new launches, from concept development to post-launch analysis.
• Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to achieve marketing objectives & provide essential administrative support.
