A leading international investment bank is recruiting UAE graduates for a two-year rotational Graduate Trainee Programme based in Dubai.

Participants will complete a series of three-month rotations across various departments within the bank’s Dubai Branch.

This is a rare opportunity to begin your career within a major global banking organisation, gain practical experience across multiple business areas and develop a broad understanding of how an international investment bank operates.

The programme runs for two years under a fixed-term contract. During each rotation, the successful candidate will work closely with an assigned supervisor and receive a defined set of responsibilities and development objectives.

The programme is intended to provide structured practical experience, professional development and exposure to different areas of the bank.
