What You'll Do

• Deliver the required music curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, accurate, and up to date with subject knowledge
• Plan and implement creative lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities, including ESL, gifted, and late‑entry students
• Teach vocal and instrumental music, music theory, and performance skills to students at varying proficiency levels
• Assess, record, and report on students' academic progress and musical development
• Integrate music technology and media into lessons to enhance learning experiences
• Prepare students for school concerts, recitals, and inter‑school competitions
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross‑curricular projects, event planning, and school productions
• Promote cultural awareness, creativity, and self‑discipline through music education
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and achievements
• Participate in professional development, school committees, and extracurricular activities
