Job summary

BLR WORLD is seeking a Visitor Service Agent for the Museum Abu Dhabi. You will greet visitors, share knowledge about exhibitions and UAE culture, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience for all guests.

You'll safeguard visitors, assist school groups, monitor safety, and be ready to act as a fire warden or inform at information points. A high school diploma is required; additional language skills are an advantage, and flexibility for rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in tourism, history, art preferred.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to greet visitors warmly and provide information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming spirit.
• Ensure visitor safety inside and outside the museum.
• Monitor and report health and safety issues.
• Assist People of Determination by guiding them and ensuring an inclusive experience.
• Scan tickets and assist at information points when required.
• Support school groups and educational team operations.
• Remain positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Visitor Services supervisors.
• Dedicated to People of Determination, families with strollers, and elderly visitors.
