• Work closely with the Interpretive Experience team in the delivery of workshops.
• Ensure visitor-focused learning experiences are delivered to international standards.
• Coordinate with unit head for reporting of educators' performance.
• Keep up-to-date with interpretation trends.
• Monitor staff placement to ensure smooth operations.
