Job summary

Alankit in Dubai is looking for a hands-on MEP Technician cum driver to maintain building systems. The role requires knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil works, with opportunities to perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, a valid manual driving license, and the ability to read technical drawings. You will work in a team and contribute to safe, compliant operations within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as MEP Technician cum driver or similar maintenance role.
• Valid manual driving license.
• Technical knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical or Carpentry.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshooting manuals.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-disciplinary maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil/repair works.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all facility equipment and systems.
• Attend to reactive maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of building systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, regulations, and company standards.
