Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and hotel equipment, including basic cleaning and lubrication.
• Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves for equipment and building utilities.
• Carry tools and equipment and communicate daily activities to shifts.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and use Lockout/Tagout when performing maintenance.
