Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment in kitchen, mechanical rooms, and facilities.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Move, lift, and handle objects up to 50 pounds; follow safety procedures.
• Document daily activities and coordinate with shifts per company standards.
