Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced General Technician to join our hotel maintenance team in Dubai. The role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting and repair work to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds ITI/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field, with strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and at least 23 years of hotel maintenance experience. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks as per schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and repair breakdowns.
• Maintain lighting systems and power distribution.
• Repair water supply lines, drainage systems and sanitary fittings.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments.
