You will schedule meetings, nurture prospects, manage CRM records, and report sales activity daily. A bachelor degree in Communications or Business Administration and UAE sales experience are preferred; fluency in English is required, with multilingual skills a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Communications or business admin.
• 2–3 years telesales/telemarketing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in UAE or UAE sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, businesses, investors, and potential clients.
• Identify new prospects, develop contact lists, qualify leads, and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Cross-sell services from Construction, Real Estate, Trading, Happy Home Vacations, and Digital Solutions according to customer needs.
• Explain offerings, highlight benefits, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, property viewings, and sales presentations for relevant teams.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, proposals, and conversations to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily call targets, monthly lead-generation objectives, appointment targets, and KPIs.
• Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
• Submit daily call reports, lead updates, and sales activity to the reporting manager.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development across divisions.
• Share market feedback and opportunities with management.
