First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional receptionist to be the first contact for External & Internal clients, prospects and staff. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, direct people to destinations and support the Learning Team with multilingual English and Arabic skills.

The role requires a presentable, calm, courteous demeanor, strong administration, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Monthly MIS preparation is expected.

Qualificações

• Ability to work within a team and develop professional relationships.
• Language skills in English and Arabic.
• Good track record of performance.
• Knowledge of locations within the UAE.
• Good administration skills.
• Strong character with manners and discretion who can handle difficult personalities.
• Able to perform multiple tasks quickly, even under stress.
• Presentable and self-motivated with interpersonal communication and multi-lingual skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact to External & Internal persons clients prospects & FAB staff.
• Active role using multilingual skills with all other FAB departments within & outside the UAE.
• Receive and greet all persons.
• Handles all visitors & clients.
• Handles initial client leads information & complaints.
• The business duties of the receptionist include answering visitor inquiries, directing visitors to destinations, sorting mail, answering calls, setting appointments, filing, records keeping, data entry and other office tasks such as faxing or emailing.
• Lobby area is kept tidy.
• May assume security guard access control functions by verifying IDs and issuing passes.
• Preparation of monthly MIS as per requirement.
• All other tasks as reasonably requested.
