Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in facilities management or similar environment.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance works.
• Technical certificate or diploma in a relevant trade is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues independently.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, masonry and basic civil works.
• Attend preventive and corrective maintenance requests and complete work within the required timeframe.
• Inspect equipment, fixtures and building systems to identify faults and maintenance requirements.
• Perform minor electrical repairs such as replacing switches, sockets and lights.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs including fixing leaks and clearing minor blockages.
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering and general repair works.
• Use tools and equipment properly and maintain them in good condition.
• Report major defects or issues requiring specialist attention.
• Maintain records of completed maintenance activities and work orders.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other technicians when required.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe after maintenance.
• Follow HSE procedures, permit-to-work requirements and safe practices.

The role ensures hotel facilities remain safe, reliable and maintained to the highest standards while supporting an exceptional guest experience.

A Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing hotel facilities equipment, guestrooms, public areas, meeting spaces, back-of-house areas and engineering plant rooms. The role requires a flexible hands-on approach, technical knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational requirements.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, masonry and basic civil works.
