Job summary

Tool Point Facility Management Services L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Carpenter-Painter to service premium villas, residential and commercial spaces.

You will install and repair gypsum ceilings, carpentry items, and perform precise patching, as well as painting and seamless touch-ups with a professional, customer-facing manner. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years UAE maintenance experience, a positive attitude, good English, and the ability to work with the MEP

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience in UAE (Villas/Apartment preferred).
• Honest, trustworthy, polite, and professional attitude.
• Good conversational English to communicate with tenants and clients.
• Availability in UAE on cancelled visa, visit visa, or immediate transfer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fix doors, door closers, cabinet hinges, locks, handles, and office furniture.

We are a growing Maintenance & MEP Services company in Dubai seeking an experienced, honest, and highly professional Multi-Skilled Maintenance Carpenter-Painter. We manage repairs and maintenance for premium villas, residential apartments, corporate offices, warehouses, and commercial spaces. Because you will be working directly inside our clients' private homes and businesses, we are looking for an individual with an outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer-facing personality to represent our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Gypsum & Carpentry Maintenance:

• Install and repair gypsum ceilings, partitions, and false ceilings.
• Perform precise patch repairs, joint taping, and smooth skimming on damaged drywall.
• Fix and maintain doors, door closers, cabinet hinges, locks, handles, and office furniture, etc.

Painting & Seamless Touch-Ups:

• Execute flawless touch-up painting that perfectly matches existing wall colors without visible patches.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or water-damaged areas.
• Mask and protect client floors and furniture completely before starting work, leaving zero mess behind.

Professional Conduct & Operations:

• Maintain a clean, neat appearance and wear the company uniform proudly at all times.
• Interact with property owners, tenants, and office staff with politeness, honesty, and respect.
• Work closely with the MEP team and supervisors to complete jobs on time.

Salary Package

• AED1,200 - AED2,000 a month

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in UAE (Villas/Apartment preferred).
• Personality & Attitude: Honest, trustworthy, polite, and possessing a positive, professional attitude.
• Technical Skills: Expert in gypsum ceiling repairs, wall skimming, and detailed touch-up painting, full painting, handyman works and basic MEP knowledge.
• Language: Good conversational English to comfortably communicate with tenants and clients.
• Availability: Candidates available in the UAE on a cancelled visa, visit visa, or ready for an immediate transfer are preferred.
