Job summary

James L Williams Middle East seeks a highly organized Store Controller to oversee site and central stores across GCC data centre projects. The role demands extensive experience in inventory control, material management, fixed asset handling, and multi-site store operations within MEP/construction.

The candidate will lead store teams, ensure ERP-based processes, and coordinate with project and procurement teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Proven experience in managing multiple project stores and a central store.
• Good understanding of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Overall control and management of site and central stores across all projects.
• Ensure accurate inventory control at all site stores.
• Manage, lead, and train the store team.
• Monitor and control fixed assets, tools, and equipment.
• Handle the mobilization and demobilization of site stores.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure effective material management.
