Job summary

Petrofac invites applications for a Material Controller I – Material Management role. The candidate will assist storekeepers to ensure inventory availability, coordinate material arrivals, and manage dispatches to keep site construction on track. Emphasis is on HSSE adherence and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires a science/engineering background with 3–5 years' EPC or Oil & Gas experience, and computer literacy. Hybrid work is supported with a three-day-per-week office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in science/engineering with 3–5 years' experience, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas.
• Certificate in materials management is preferred.
• Should be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Storekeepers in managing received supplies to maintain inventory availability and dispatch materials for uninterrupted site construction activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Expediting/Logistics and Construction teams for material arrival scheduling and communicate delays.
