The role requires 5–8 years in stores/inventory with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, experience in construction or ELV/ICT environments, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Your Role

• Oversee and manage all store and inventory operations across assigned projects
• Ensure accurate stock control, records, and system updates (ERP/manual systems)
• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials
• Maintain full accountability of stock movements and material traceability
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and project/site teams
• Ensure optimal stock levels and timely reporting of shortages or discrepancies
• Implement and maintain proper storage systems and warehouse discipline
• Monitor and guide storekeepers in daily operations and compliance
• Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in stores / inventory management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or controller-level role
• Proven experience in construction, ELV, ICT, MEP, or large-scale project environments preferredStrong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management practices
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple project demands under pressure
• Strong communication and reporting skills
