ALEC Technologies in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Stores Controller to manage all store and inventory operations for assigned projects. You will oversee stock receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

The role requires 5–8 years in stores/inventory with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, experience in construction or ELV/ICT environments, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in stores/inventory management with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Experience in construction/ELV/ICT/MEP or large projects preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) advantageous.
• Strong leadership, accuracy, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store and inventory operations across projects.
• Ensure accurate stock control and ERP/manual records.
• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain stock traceability and conduct audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams.
• Report shortages and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain storage systems and warehouse discipline.
• Support audits with inventory data.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.
