Job summary

Independent Food Company seeks an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across restaurants, offices, and warehouses in the region. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage AMCs and vendors, and steward the facilities budget while ensuring brand standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably within multi-site F&B, hospitality, retail, or similar operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across company locations.
• Oversee AMCs, vendor management, and rate cards to optimize costs and reliability.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and asset registers for multiple sites.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across all facilities.
