Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking a Cluster Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. You will ensure brand consistency, support campaigns, and coordinate communications to drive awareness and revenue across both properties, in line with Fairmont and Accor brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Hospitality or luxury brand experience is preferred.
• Exposure to multi-property or cluster roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of approved marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions for both properties.
• Coordinate marketing activities across rooms, food & beverage, spa, and events.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns in alignment with marketing calendars.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines.
• Coordinate creation, updates, and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, signage, menus, digital assets).
• Liaise with external designers, printers, photographers, and videographers.
• Assist in managing social media content calendars in coordination with digital and corporate teams.
• Support content creation including captions, visuals, and campaign messaging.
• Monitor engagement and support the preparation of monthly digital performance reports.
• Coordinate website content updates, including offers, promotions, and imagery.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across digital platforms.
• Support PR initiatives, media visits, influencer collaborations, and hosted experiences.
• Assist in coordinating photoshoots, familiarization trips, and press activities.
• Support the development of local partnerships and collaborations.
• Liaise with operational teams to gather content and align marketing activities.
• Support internal communications related to marketing initiatives and brand activations.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries, and budget follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to the Cluster Director of Sales as required.
