Job summary

L'ETO Group is seeking a hands-on digital marketer to manage the day-to-day digital presence of our UAE brands—from our delivery store to menus, websites, and paid campaigns. You’ll ensure accuracy, update menus, and streamline processes with AI tools.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to drive conversions and growth across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in digital marketing or a hands-on role in e-commerce.
• Day-to-day experience running a Shopify store (or similar platform).
• Experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns yourself, not only briefing an agency.
• Working knowledge of GA4 to verify conversions and read metrics.
• You already use AI tools in daily work and can show us how.
• Strong attention to detail; a wrong price on a menu is a real problem for us.
• Organized enough to handle several brands and requests at once without things slipping.
• Clear, simple communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Run our delivery store: manage Shopify products, prices, availability, promos, photos and copy; optimize checkout.
• Keep menus up to date across QR and delivery platforms; ensure consistency across versions.
• Maintain the L'ETO Restaurant website and coordinate with an external developer for larger changes.
• Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns within agreed budgets and priorities; optimize performance.
• Provide a weekly performance update on campaigns and website results, with next steps.
• Verify GA4, pixels and conversion tracking across sites; fix issues or escalate.
• Manage Google Business Profile listings and respond to reviews.
• Leverage AI daily for menu/product copy, translations, ad variations and simple automations.
• Maintain existing automations and document workflows; involve outside help for complex tasks.
