Responsibilities

• Verify claim documents, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting info.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders through the claims
• Monitor status and ensure timely settlements within service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the claims management system.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs and flag discrepancies or potential fraud.
• Support investigations and gather information as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
