Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC, part of the Al-Futtaim group, seeks a motivated Motor Claims Executive (Emiratization) in Dubai. You will assist in assessing, processing and administering motor insurance claims while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Emiratization with Family Book (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Review and process motor insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement within agreed service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation within the claims management system.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs and identifying discrepancies or potential fraud indicators.
• Support claim investigations and gather relevant information where required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
