Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – Mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in insurance, banking, finance, customer service, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and process motor insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement within service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in the claims management system.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs and identifying discrepancies or potential fraud indicators.
• Support claim investigations and gather relevant information as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
