Job summary

ABB in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Service Sales professional to drive the service sales process, generate opportunities, and secure profitable sales within the Installed Base. You will focus on motors and drives services, digital offerings, and long-term service solutions while building strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with field service, workshops, and global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and compliant, competitive offers. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in industrial service sales or business development.
• Experience selling motors and/or drives services.
• Experience with UAE and Iraq customers across stakeholders.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales processes and secure profitable sales in the designated area.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities.
• Act as marketer/salesperson for ABB's service products and solutions.
• Execute the agreed service sales plan with priorities and recovery actions.
• Promote the Motion Service portfolio including motors/drives services and digital offerings.
• Qualify enquiries, interpret requirements and submit competitive offers.
• Coordinate with field service, workshops, sales support and global teams.
