Job summary

Robot24.com seeks a Motion Graphics Designer to craft visually compelling motion content for our robotics news platform. You will create animated graphics, templates, and systems that define our video storytelling from breaking news to explainers and promos.

You'll design and animate motion graphics—logo animations, typography, infographics, titles—and build reusable templates for editors, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery across formats including web, broadcast, OTT and social.

• Ability to translate brand guidelines into consistent motion across formats.
• Systems-thinking to templatize and scale animations for daily workflows.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can create visually compelling motion content. You'll create the animated graphics, templates, and systems that give Robot24's video storytelling its identity from breaking news packages to explainer and promotional content

What You'll Do

Design and animate motion graphics that support accurate, engaging storytelling including logo animations, infographics, titles, captions/subtitles, and product explainers.

Build motion templates (lower thirds, stat cards, breaking news bugs, aston) that Video Editors can populate quickly for daily/routine content

Partner with Editorial, Video Editors, and Creative to ensure every animation is factually accurate, visually consistent with brand, and delivered on deadline

Adapt content across formats - web, broadcast, OTT, and social (IG, TikTok, YouTube)

Creative Skills

• Strong storytelling/narrative instinct - motion should communicate, not decorate
• Typography in motion (kinetic type)
• Composition, layout, and color theory
• Solid grasp of animation principles (timing, easing, weight)
• Ability to translate a static brand identity into consistent motion
• Storyboarding / rough animatics before final execution

Technical Skills

• 2D animation - character, kinetic typography, infographics, branding assets, packaging elements
• Basic 3D awareness - comfortable integrating 3D elements even if not a specialist
• Rigging - character or UI element rigging
• Sound sync - animating to beat/voiceover
• Platform-specific export/optimization (Broadcast, OTT, Reels, TikTok, YouTube)

• Proven experience in broadcast, OTT, or news environments - you understand fast turnarounds and editorial accuracy under deadline
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, with the creative range to push boundaries within them
