Job summary

Kamal Luthra General Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Video Editor / Content Creator to manage end-to-end production from shooting raw footage to final edits. Expect work that spans Reels, Shorts, product videos, and social media content with a strong emphasis on hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling.

You will edit with Premiere Pro and After Effects, create motion graphics, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and ads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience shooting videos with smartphones.
• Ability to create reels, shorts, advertisements for social media.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and color grading.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality vertical videos using smartphones and stabilizers.
• Plan framing, lighting, and product presentation.
• Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos and social-media content.
• Turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content.
• Create hooks within the first few seconds of a video.
• Perform professional cuts, transitions, pacing, and scene selection.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, and audio.
• Color correction and basic color grading.
• Create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Understand current social-media trends and audience attention.
• Work closely with marketing to convert campaign ideas into engaging video content.
• Organize project files, raw footage, graphics, audio, and final exports.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle the full content-production workflow from shooting raw footage to editing, animating, sound design, color correction, and delivering high-quality Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social-media content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Plan camera framing, composition, lighting, and product presentation
• * Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and social-media content
• * Turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content
• * Create strong hooks within the first few seconds of a video
• * Perform professional cuts, transitions, pacing, and scene selection
• * Create motion graphics, text animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects
• * Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, and audio
• * Perform color correction and basic color grading
