Job Function - To develop top notch aesthetic designs and motion graphics in the form of video and computer animation design results for the Style sustaining tasks that require strong motion components, delivered to the Team Digital Group in a cross-functional way.

Role specification:

• Layout Thinking, Creative results, and experience with industry-standard software such as the Adobe suite
• Holding a degree in Graphic design, multimedia design, video production or comparable
• Understanding of online content templates as well as libraries for use
• 3 years' experience in motion graphics / web / video design
• Outstanding and diverse design portfolio
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Vegas Pro or similar
• Experience developing assets and markup for the web—HTML5 + CSS3
• Experience of animating characters in After Effects to output to Lottie for use on web or in apps
• Video production expertise of methods
• Awareness of color accessibility and typography
• Designing promotional keynotes or PowerPoints
• Layout and drawing abilities
• 3D and visualization abilities using Cinema 4D or comparable
• Understanding of particle effects and physics in video
• Expertise in optimizing video for usage—quality vs compression
• Ability to bring personality to video and computer animation
• Understanding of equipment such as microphones, video cameras and image cameras is a plus
• Knowledge of filming strategies is a plus
• Important thinking, ability to take criticism well and give constructive feedback. Have a proactive, can-do attitude.
