Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of collections experience, preferably mortgage collections in UAE banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all allocated overdue mortgage accounts and work toward monthly resolution targets.
• Review each overdue case considering long-term relationship history and current status.
• Check past interactions before contacting customers, including remedial steps and pending follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with CPR, KYC, AML, and bank conduct standards while protecting the bank's reputation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the collection system for future reference.
• Flag high-risk accounts for escalation and accelerated review.
