Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with experience delivering and leading the UAE MoE curriculum.
• 5–7 years teaching experience with at least 2–3 years in curriculum leadership or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, differentiation, inclusion, and curriculum mapping.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, staff mentoring, and curriculum development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of the MOE curriculum across all year groups.
• Ensure compliance with UAE MoE curriculum requirements, embedding UAE heritage and values.
• Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes and use data to inform interventions and school improvement.
• Provide guidance and training for staff on inclusive, innovative pedagogy and MOE guidelines.
